I had an incredible stay at Playacar Palace, which really impressed me with its excellent customer service and beautiful surroundings. The rooms were fantastic with a great view, although I found the dining experience had some hits and misses. The location was perfect, right near the beach and the vibrant local scene. While the amenities were decent, I felt some areas could use improvement, especially around the pool.

Staying at Playacar Palace was such a wonderful experience! The staff made us feel like family from the moment we arrived, always going the extra mile to ensure our enjoyment. However, we did encounter a bit of seaweed on the beach during our stay, and one of the vacation planners didn’t seem as helpful as the others. Overall, this place offers fantastic value with excellent facilities and service.
