I had an incredible stay at Playacar Palace, which really impressed me with its excellent customer service and beautiful surroundings. The rooms were fantastic with a great view, although I found the dining experience had some hits and misses. The location was perfect, right near the beach and the vibrant local scene. While the amenities were decent, I felt some areas could use improvement, especially around the pool.
